Users Personal Home Page Policy and Guide

CIN provides personal homepages space FREE of charge for all SLIP/PPP users with standard or higher pack on the users web server. Users have to learn on how to design the homepage themself, we DO NOT offer and provide  free instruction on how to do it. Please read the Guide first, as it provides sufficient information to help you getting start.

All commercial activities or display of commercial products , commercial pricing information are forbidden on the personal homepages. Commercial activies will only be allowed on our commercial web page service, with additional charges. Violators of this policy forfeits their account rights and membership fees.
