Users Personal Home Page Usage Policy

(1) The usage of personal homepages must strictly follow the CIN USERS POLICY AND TERM. All commercial activities or display of commercial products , commercial pricing information are forbidden on the personal homepages. Commercial activies will only be allowed on our commercial web page service, with additional charges. Violators of this policy forfeits their account rights and membership fees.

(2) The data transfer capacity for each user homepage is limited to 20 megabytes each month. If the transferred data is more than 20 megabytes, you will be charged at the rate of $0.10 per megabyte over 20 megabytes. If you believe your information could be useful to other CIN.Net users, and only CIN.Net users, please e-mail webmaster@cin.net. We will then allow unlimited access to your webpage for all CIN.Net users and others without the retriction of total data transfered.

(3) CIN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Updated changes will be published on the CIN.Net web page under the service information section.
